New agenda items for House environmental health committee

The House committee on environmental health added two agenda items (particulate matter and ozone) for their meeting tomorrow. They will be meeting at 10:00 a.m. in House Hearing Rm C in the John L. O’Brien Building.

Work Session:

  • Changes in Air Quality regulations for small particulate matter and ozone and the impact on human health and local communities.
  • Health effects of air pollution.
  • Sources of air pollution in Washington.
  • National ambient air quality standards based on health effects.
  • Consequences of nonattainment.
