Interbasin transfers of water rights bill passes out of committee

Derelict vessel and invasive species removal fee and commercial shellfish enforcement bills public hearing (no media)

HB 1395 (Eliminating expiration dates for the derelict vessel and invasive species removal fee) and HB 1453 (Regarding commercial shellfish enforcement) were part of a public hearing in the Senate Committee on Natural Resources & Marine Waters yesterday.

Interbasin water rights transfers public hearing

EHB 1177 (Regarding field investigations on privately owned lands) has been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Committee on Government Operations and Tribal Relations & Elections on March 15 at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in Senate Hearing Rm 2 of the J.A. Cherberg Building.

HB 1783 (Amending the consideration of houseboats and houseboat moorages for the purposes of aquatic lands and shoreline management) has been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Committee on Natural Resources & Marine Waters on March 17 at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in Senate Hearing Rm 2 of the J.A. Cherberg Building.

Private lands field investigation bill passes house
