SB 5347 (Creating demonstration projects for preserving agricultural land and public infrastructure in flood plains) passed unanimously out of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means yesterday. There was a voice amendment to replace to words “implement” with “assess” to make sure the bill would only allow for a study.
