Action on several water bills

HB 1054 (Declaring water conservation practices to be a beneficial use of water for the purposes of relinquishment), HB 1117 (Regarding the relinquishment of water rights) and HB 1610 (Regarding the management of water resources) were each schedule for an executive session in the House Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16. HB 1054 and HB 1177 see no action in executive session

No action was taken on either HB 1054 (Declaring water conservation practices to be a beneficial use of water for the purposes of relinquishment) or HB 1117 (Regarding the relinquishment of water rights) in scheduled executive sessions yesterday.

No further action has been scheduled for either bill.
