HB 1054, HB 1117, HB 1610, SB 5536
HB 1054 (Declaring water conservation practices to be a beneficial use of water for the purposes of relinquishment), HB 1117 (Regarding the relinquishment of water rights) and HB 1610 (Regarding the management of water resources) were each schedule for an executive session in the House Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16. HB 1610 and SB 5536 will be the topics of public hearings in their respective committees.
Both bills will be heard on Wednesday, February 9 at 1:30 p.m. The Senate bill will be heard in Senate Hearing Rm 4 in the J.A. Cherberg Building; the house bill in House Hearing Rm A in the John L. O’Brien Building.
