Water bills passes out of committee, onto Rules committee

SB 6311 (Requiring proof of concept for water resource mitigation alternatives for human domestic needs in rural areas), SB 6312 (Promoting job creation by ensuring access to human domestic water for home construction) and SB 6313 (Providing consistency in water resource terminology and policy) passed out of  the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Water & Rural Economic Development. They were referred to the rules committee.

SB 6311 and SB 6312 were amended by the committee. A previous post refers to proposed changes to the bills and links to those changes can be found there.

SB 6311 (Requiring proof of concept for water resource mitigation alternatives for human domestic needs in rural areas), SB 6312 (Promoting job creation by ensuring access to human domestic water for home construction), and SB 6313 (Providing consistency in water resource terminology and policy) will be considered in executive session of the  Senate Committee on Agriculture and Water & Rural Economic Development at 10:00 a.m. this morning.

The session will be held in Senate Hearing Room 3 of the J.A. Cherberg Building.
