SB 6312 (Promoting job creation by ensuring access to domestic water for home construction) passed out of the senate yesterday, was referred to a house committee and scheduled for a public hearing. The bill was amended before passing and those amendments are summarized in this bill report.
The bill will be part of a public hearing in the House Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17. The hearing will be held in House Hearing Room A of the John L. O’Brien Building.

They were referred to the rules committee.
