SB 6312 (Promoting job creation by ensuring access to domestic water for home construction) passed out of the senate yesterday, was referred to a house committee and scheduled for a public hearing. The bill was amended before passing and those amendments are summarized in this bill report.

The bill will be part of a public hearing in the House Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17. The hearing will be held in House Hearing Room A of the John L. O’Brien Building.

SB 6311 (Requiring proof of concept for water resource mitigation alternatives for human domestic needs in rural areas), SB 6312 (Promoting job creation by ensuring access to human domestic water for home construction) and SB 6313 (Providing consistency in water resource terminology and policy) passed out of  the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Water & Rural Economic Development. They were referred to the rules committee.
